Chief Growth Officer

Reinvest24 is a boutique fintech company. We currently finance projects in 6 countries: Estonia, Latvia, Switzerland, Spain, Germany andMoldova. Our trusted investors are from more than 60 countries. Our growth was over 300% last year. The expected growth for this year is over 1000%.

Reinvest24 is rapidly expanding into new markets and introducing new products to its clients. Our core value clients, and high level technology solutions gave us the highest ratings among Fintech companies on Trustpilot. This year we became finalists in MIPIM startup competition – the largest professional real-estate event in the world.

We are looking for a colleague to fill the Chief Growth Officer position.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Build and execute a strategy and a growth plan for activities leading to the agreed targets.
• All kinds of marketing (mostly Digital and innovations ).
• Cooperation with Affiliates.
• Play an important role in defining the product Reinvest24 is offering.
• Define the communication with our clients and the channels for it.
• Monitor SEO processes and optimization.
• Plan and execute advertising via Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube etc channels.
• The results, performance and cost of marketing channels and the optimization of allocation of the budget to the right channels.
• Supervise a group of 2-3 people and several outsourced agencies.

You are:

• Familiar with fintech, finance area and have a good understanding of financial numbers.
• Like to crunch numbers and can support your words with data.
• Not afraid of writing texts and making sketches for landing pages.
• Targeted to success and understand the cultural differences clients have in different regions.
• Not afraid of working with millions of EUR per month coming from our investors.
• Have strong and clear communication skills, developed a creative side.
• Fluent in English. Understanding some Russian, German, Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable talking to high net-worth investors explaining the strong sides of our product.
• Have some understanding of how funds/family offices/investor pools operate and are able to communicate with them in “their language”.
