In the past, our property overviews were sent via email only to users who are invested in a particular project. Starting from now, the overviews of our rental properties will be available for everyone. Also, we believe this will increase transparency. - The first land tax payment 77,25 eur was made in March, second payment in the same amount will be made in October.
- The new appraisal report is planned for the second part of 2020. It will be made, once the purpose of the property is changed to commercial space (notarial obligation of the previous owner).
- Also, this property has a tenant who is suffering from the current lockdown. As of now, we are discussing options to postpone some part of the next 2 month rental payments to the second part of the year. But this will not have any negative effects on the total rental income in 2020.

- The property has been rented out short-term and operator paid us fixed monthly payments of 1200 EUR (600 EUR for both units).
- Despite the fact that lockdown has caused the operator to renounce the operations, we are now in progress of renting out both units month by month (for some period of time). Thus, this could have a small impact on the rental yield.
- At the same time, we are also looking for options to exit this property, as operating just 2 small units in a building is not efficient.
